La CDRHPNQ a fait appel \u00e0 l&rsquo;expertise du C\u00e9gep du Vieux Montr\u00e9al (CVM) et de son Centre de recherche pour l&rsquo;inclusion des personnes en situation de handicap (CRISPESH). Les partenaires ont collabor\u00e9 \u00e0 ce projet d&rsquo;innovation sociale en partageant leur expertise respective. Par l\u2019entremise de ses 31\u00a0centres de service en emploi et formation (CSEF), situ\u00e9s dans 27 communaut\u00e9s des Premi\u00e8res Nations et 4 villes (Montr\u00e9al, Qu\u00e9bec, Val-d\u2019Or et Sept-\u00celes), la CDRHPNQ aide la client\u00e8le \u00e0 int\u00e9grer le march\u00e9 du travail en lui proposant diverses mesures d\u2019emploi et de formation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"post-content-container\">\n<p><strong><span>CRISPESH &#8211; Centre de recherche pour l&rsquo;inclusion des personnes en situation de handicap<\/span><\/strong>, <span>est un centre coll\u00e9gial de transfert de technologie (CCTT) en pratiques sociales novatrices, n\u00e9 d\u2019un partenariat entre le<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cvm.qc.ca\/Pages\/index.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span>C\u00e9gep du Vieux Montr\u00e9al\u00a0<\/span><\/a><span><span> et le <\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dawsoncollege.qc.ca\/french\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span>Coll\u00e8ge Dawson<\/span><\/a><span><span>\u00a0<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Le Centre a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu en octobre 2010 par le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9ducation, du Loisir et du Sport (MELS), maintenant le <span> <\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.education.gouv.qc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span>Minis\u00e8re de l&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span>En juillet 2015, le c\u00e9gep du Vieux Montr\u00e9al et le coll\u00e8ge Dawson confiaient la gestion du CRISPESH \u00e0 un organisme \u00e0 but non lucratif du m\u00eame nom cr\u00e9\u00e9 dans le but de r\u00e9aliser le mandat du Centre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Le CRISPESH fait partie du <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/reseautranstech.qc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span>Synchronex<\/span><\/a><span>, un regroupement de 59 CCTT r\u00e9unissant plus de 1000 experts \u00e0 travers le Qu\u00e9bec qui se d\u00e9dient \u00e0 l\u2019innovation au moyen de la recherche appliqu\u00e9e et du
